Sometimes I’m wishy washy and that’s probably not a surprise to friends and family reading this. I have anxiety choosing which coffee to order in the morning. On that rare occasion I grocery shop, my buggy is overflowing with too many foods and snacks I will never eat. However, in other parts of my life, I’m able to concentrate to a T. At work I complete all tasks with such presicion, I never need to bring anything extra home to complete in the evenings. So there is that yin and yang aspect to my life and decision making. Take my word, you don’t want to go eat dinner out with me as I take forever to decide what to order.
When it comes to shopping I would say I have a hard time making up my mind. I don’t always have the same style and it’s hard for me to commit to only one look. Even though I’m all over the place with my style, I actually do not own a massive amount of clothing, shoes, and accessories. So while I love different fashions and styles, my closet and beaurous are not overflowing with the latest and greatest. I wear all of my clothes and carry the several handbags I own until they are nearly thread bare. Many of my friends in the fashion industry have cavernous walk-in closets that are the envy of everyone who sees them, myself included. There is nothing I love more than a beautiful, large closet; one where you step back and take everything in as if you are in a department store. And in the middle of many of these stunning wardrobes are islands which contain jewelry, sunglasses, and under garments. Many fashionables would literally never leave their home if they had such luxuriously stunning closets. That being said, I’m fine with my small wardrobe. I like the feeling of wearing something many times and getting my money’s worth from each item. However, I recently came to the conclusion that I need a new handbag.
After a summer of travel which included visits to Italy and Nantucket, it was time to add a larger handbag to my life. I was in desperate need of one that would hold my laptop, papers, magazines and look equally as chic for work and for travel. I basically needed a new handbag that would do nearly anything I wanted while still looking beautiful and fashionable. I didn’t want an overly frilly handbag either. I much prefer my accessories to have clean, simple lines and unfettered design. In the end, it didn’t take long at all to find my new dream bag. It’s one of those designer handbags that will wear well and last for a lifetime. In short: it’s the perfect handbag and I cannot wait to have it by my side during the many adventures of the summer. With so many handbags flooding the market, I never dreamt it would be this fast to find the one of my dreams. If you need to add one item to your summer wardrobe, I highly recommend it be one of the latest luxurious designer handbags.
